What Is A Business Day?

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding postal holidays (federal holidays when the USPS is closed). The USPS holiday calendar can be found on the USPS website. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days.

Delivery Times

  • Delivery occurs between 6:00 AM EST and 10:00 PM EST on weekdays.
  • Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.
  • All shipping estimates are for domestic U.S. shipments and are in addition to the 3-5 business day processing time.

Absent on Delivery

If you're absent when your package is delivered:

  • The postal worker will leave a notice or place the parcel on your door or mailbox.
  • You can then reschedule delivery or pick up your parcel at your local post office.

Returned to Sender

  • Domestic USA: If a shipment is returned, we will contact you to confirm the address.
  • If we cannot establish communication within five (5) business days after repeated attempts, we will refund the purchase amount minus the original shipping fee and the return-to-sender shipping costs.

Shipping Methods & Tracking

  • Orders over $75 within the continental U.S. qualify for free ground shipping.
  • Orders less than $75 are charged $5.95 for shipping.
  • Once shipped, if you provided your email, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Pre-Order Items

  • Orders including pre-ordered items will be shipped together once all items are available.
  • To receive available items immediately, place separate orders for in-stock items and pre-order items.

Free Shipping Restrictions

  • Some products may not qualify for free shipping, even if advertised.
  • International shipping does not include tracking beyond the border, and carrier attempts to deliver will not be retried or returned.

Notes

  • Customers agree to provide accurate shipping information.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged after delivery attempts by USPS.
  • International customers are responsible for import taxes and customs regulations.
  • We will not issue refunds for damage or loss during transit; customers must file claims with USPS for damaged or lost packages
